Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel their scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.  We ask that you notify us about the cancellation as soon as possible before your appointment time.

Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of both our clients and staff.  Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations & reschedules mean that we are unable to see another client who may have requested your appointment time.

Cancellation Fees

You notify us more than 24-hours prior to appointment time

-> No fee charged

You notify us within 24-hours of the appointment time

-> 75% of appointment fee charged​

You do not notify us that you won’t be attending

-> 100% of appointment fee charged

 

Communication Methods

  • Calling us on (03) 4520 9404 (if it is outside of business hours, you can leave a voicemail - even if it is late at night or the weekend - early notice allows us to reschedule another client into your time as soon as we get into the office)

  • Replying to an appointment reminder text message

  • Calling in to our therapy space

  • Sending us an email

Appointment Reminders

We operate a text-message or email reminder service for clients to help them remember scheduled appointments.  This reminder comes 48-hours before your appointment time.   For clients who are unable to use this service, we can work out an individualised plan to aid in communication.
