Accredited Exercise Physiologist – The Neuro Collective
The Neuro Collective (TNC) is Warrnambool’s only dedicated neurological therapy space, creating a welcoming environment for clients with neurological conditions to reach their full potential. The TNC team describe their work as rewarding and fulfilling. At TNC, we are passionate about tailoring our therapy to best suit the needs of our clients, which in turn promotes improved function and quality of life.
Due to significant demand for our services, we are looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist – Grade 1 or Grade 2 to join Team TNC. This is a permanent full-time or part-time employed role.
Our Grade 1 roles offer an excellent start to a health professional career with support and supervision to build clinical and personal skills.
Our Grade 2 roles provide the next career step beginning to involve staff supervision and support whilst continuing to refine complex clinical skills.
At TNC, we do things a little differently – our team is our most important asset!
· Employed part-time/full-time role with all entitlements & generous salary
· NO weekends or after-hours, NO expectation of work outside of your paid work hours
· Support to complete Professional Development in your areas of neurological interest
· Administrative support & IT solutions to suit your needs in the role
· Professional Indemnity Insurance, First Aid/CPR & Uniform provided
· Complimentary access to TNC gym facilities outside of work hours
· A purpose-built therapy space to work in with a wide variety of equipment & access to work vehicles for home visits
· A supportive, honest, respectful, hard-working, fun, innovative, inclusive, collaborative team of 14 which includes Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Therapy Assistance & Administration
· May be eligible for a Relocation & Retention Incentive through RWAV
Requirements:
· Qualification in Exercise Physiology & Registration with ESSA (or about to obtain)
· Outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with clients of all abilities
· Ability to quickly learn new software & strong written skills
· Diligence in completing tasks in an allocated time frame with attention to detail
· The ability to work as part of a team and within agreed scope of practice
· Full drivers’ licence & Working With Children’s Check
· Annual Flu Vaccination
· Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
