Why We Exist
Our Story
When Fiona Gaffy established The Neuro Collective in 2020, the goal was straightforward.
For many people living with neurological conditions in South West Victoria, accessing the right therapy — close to home, from a team that truly understood their needs — wasn't always straightforward.
Fiona saw that first-hand, and set out to change it. What began in a small rented space, navigating the uncertainty of a pandemic, has grown into a purpose-built facility with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. The Neuro Collective now brings physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and therapy assistant services together under one roof — with a clear focus on neurological rehabilitation and genuine continuity of care.
Today, The Neuro Collective continues to grow. Our clinical scope has expanded to include vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, and we've built a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We've also invested in strengthening connections across the regional allied health network — because we believe good outcomes for clients depend on clinicians who communicate well and work alongside each other.

Located at 50 Caramut Road, Warrnambool, our therapy space is purpose-built to accommodate people of all abilities. Our equipment has been carefully selected to allow us to see a wide variety of clients and neurological presentations.
